  Dear Mr. Grant,
  
  Today, I picked up my Mother, Mrs. Rosa Mendez's urn.
  I am very happy with the final resting place for my beloved Mom.
  Her passing was very sudden and unexpected.
  You were very kind to me in this very sad time in my life. You were very compassionate and understanding to me.
  Mr. Grant, you took time from your very busy schedule to make sure I was satisfied in every way.
  The urn is truly beautiful. It resembles a beautiful piece of art.
  I can never thank you enough for the professional and caring way you run your business.
  I know my lovely Mother is smiling down from Heaven.

  "Hey Billy" was the happy voice of my friend Ed Medina when ever he visited my shop. I remember Ed as a hard working chap trying to best provide for his lovely wife Debbie and their children. He always had a happy face with some sort of project cooking to brew up some new business. I helped where I could and he in turn was loyal to my supply shop. When I was in need, Ed was there with his very UP attitude, smiley face, and good will to give a hand where he was able to do so. His family should be very proud to have such a genuine and likable Dad. He has suffered these past years, but now he rests in the arms of our Lord. May he rest in peace ...with a smile on his face, as always. His friend Bill Cranz
